How do I enable / disable automatic email sending for canceled orders after certain days after the cancellation date?


01) Access the Control Panel

02) After login click Configuration >> Orders Setting

03) Select options:

Enable Auto Order Canceled and Notify Customer
Click the EDIT button
True = Enable
False = Disable
Click the UPDATE button

How Many Days for Self Order Canceled and Customer
Click the EDIT button
Fill in only the number of days after the cancellation date for automatic sending of the email. Fill in numbers only.
Click the UPDATE button

Email Template Auto Order Canceled and Notify Customer Português
Click the EDIT button
Select the email template in Portuguese to be sent automatically
Click the UPDATE button

Email Template Auto Order Canceled and Notify Customer English
Click the EDIT button
Select the email template in English to be sent automatically
Click the UPDATE button

Email Template Auto Order Canceled and Notify Customer Español
Click the EDIT button
Select the email template in Spanish to be sent automatically
Click the UPDATE button
