Import by Hayamax API File New Products or Upgrade / Synchronization of Large-Scale Product Inventory


01) Create your Hayamax account as a Merchant or Partner, for more information, visit: http://www.hayamax.com.br/info/crossdocking


Download the catalog in XML format


02) After accessing the Control Panel


03) After login click on Catalog> Import and Update Product Feeds


04) Click Insert, fill in the fields:
Feed Name: Hayamax

Vendor: Hayamax (Add new case not listed)

URL or File: FILE or URL

File: Upload the Hayamax catalog

Percentage to increase in price: Set the percentage of profit on the wholesale product price in Hayamax

Currency of Feed: Real Brasil - BRL

Status: Active

In the Do not import products of categories of the feed field you can define the main categories of some products to import products only from categories not specified in this field, for example: Automotive, Films & Photo, Components, Home Appliances & Eletroportables, Electronics, Electronics, Tools, Games Computer Hardware, Electrical Materials, Health & Beauty, Security, Telephony

Status of Products on Import: Active

05) After clicking the Insert button


06) To import the products and synchronize the stock click on the Load Feed link (Recommended click once not to overload the server, if you overload the server your account is subject to suspension or blocking, it is recommended to hire a dedicated server, vps or cloud ). To update stock, click the Load Feed link. Update the stock once a week or once a day at less access times, between 10pm and 6am.


07) Products will be imported into the Categories and Sub Categories described in the Hayamax feed.

 

Note: The Hayamax electronics category when importing is importing duplicate categories, you must manually manage the categories through the control panel in catalog or multiple product administration. We do not know why.
