How to set up and install the MoIP Payment Method?

1st Step
If you already have a MoIP account, access your MoIP account and get the Token and Access Key in MoIP
or
Create your MoIP account through the link http://www.moip.com.br/?mformula

2nd Step
After getting the Token and Access Key in MoIP
Access the control panel of your store
After login click Modules >> Payment >> Select MoIP or MODULE_PAYMENT_MOIP >> Click the INSTALL / EDIT button
Fill in the fields and click the UPDATE button
