01) Access the Control Panel

02) After login click on Configuration >> Product Listing

03) Select Display onmouseover show border products listings

04) Click EDIT

05) true = Activate and false = Disable

06) Click Update

To change the border color go to Layout >> Color >> Select Border Color Onmouseover Products Listings

Click EDIT

Set the desired color and click Update
