1. To access MySQL remotely, you must first enable this option in the Control Panel - cPanel. Access the Control Panel - cPanel as follows:
Http://www.yourdomain.com/cpanel

2. After accessing the Control Panel, in the "Databases" tab click "MySQL Remote".

3. On the next screen, you must fill in the "Host" field with the IP of your connection. If you want to enable for all IP's, simply enter the percent sign (%).

Then click the "Add Host" button.
