How it works?
The "Abandoned Cart Recovery" feature aims to recover the carts that are abandoned by users logged into the store. How it works: It consists of the firing of emails scheduled and configured by the store administrator to the user who left the cart after a certain time.
The tool identifies the user who attempted to make a purchase and did not finalize, and contacts the user via e-mail;
Recover up to 30% of the abandoned cart from your online store;

How to use?
Access the control panel of your store
After login click Clients >> Pending Shopping Cart
Select the abandoned carts and the email template, after clicking the button to notify customers
